Onstar Internet Keeps Dropping

I just signed up for OnStar service 3 days ago. I have not once been able to stay connected to the internet and get dropped, during meetings. I have been on the phone with OnStar 3 times... still not working. Any suggestions from anyone?

  • Is/Was the Wi-Fi not working at all?  If yes, was the Wi-Fi previously working in the vehicle (ask for the date/time it worked)?
  • Did the application using Wi-Fi slow down, pause intermittently or stop completely at any time?
  • What application was running when the Wi-Fi issue occurred?
  • Did any additional passengers enter the vehicle when the issue occurred?
  • Did any passengers power on or enable Wi-Fi on a cellphone, laptop, iPad or other device when the issue occurred?
