Good evening,
for the past 2 hours, I have been unable to get into my Chevy app. I either get unexpected server error or unable to retrieve account details. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled. I also tried it on another device, same issue. Please help!

As an initial troubleshooting step, we do ask that you install and reinstall the app from your mobile device. Moving forward, if you are still receiving this error code, we kindly ask that you push your blue OnStar button or send us an email to socialmedia@gm.com with 'ATTN: OnStar Community/Ahoag76’ in the subject line.
