2023 GMC Suburban has a broken OnStar Modular.

Our Internet went out and so did all of the searches and maps. We called OnStar and were told to take it to the Dealer. We did and were told the OnStar Module is broken. It is on back order. No date was offered for a new one.  Is there anyone who can let all of the people on this site know when we can get a new OnStar Module?  This car is way too expensive to have an issue like this with no answers on resolving the issue.  We are very disappointed in GMC!
