I have been trying to add my vehicle and it doesn’t let me

To add your vehicle to your app, hit the drop down arrow at the top of the home screen. In the upper right hand corner, hit add. From there, you can input your VIN, year, make, model, and a nickname if you choose. Once you select done at the bottom, your vehicle should display within your app and your GM Account. If this is not working for you, please send us an email at socialmedia@gm.com with your VIN or OnStar account number and additional details on your concern.
