I talked with onstar and they said that is coming from their system . it will look for wifi hotspots in the area and ask to connect. They said to turn it off go to page 58 in the manual and it will tell you how to turn it off. page 58 does explain it, but does not show you how to turn it off. has anyone know how?

I sent an email to socialmedia@gm.com. Did not get a reply.

it is a 2020 traverse premier. What other info do you need?

Please send us an additional email with ttfo | WiFi Traverse in the subject line, and include your VIN. Once we have this we can look into it further.
