my 2024 hummer EV has all the plans turned on, but my data plan has been disconnected since day one, I cannot login to Google or download apps. I’ve contacted Onstar numerous times and I’m still waiting for a response. I was told that someone can restart my data plan but it’s been a week and I have not heard back
