Can't opt out of Guardian - still being charged

I have a 2011 Suburban and I LOVED remote start through the app, the diagnostics report and being able to unlock my truck with the app.  I was "transitioned" to Guardian without my consent and they keep charging me even though I repeatedly call to cancel.  

Anybody else having this problem?

Please know, you may cancel your OnStar Guardian services at any time either in the app or by calling 1.888.466.7827. 


Yes, I continue to be charged $15 a month after 3 times of cancelation. There has been class action lawsuits filed against Onstar for this reason. I am about to try and take legal action if this doesn't get resolved a.s.a.p.
