Urgent Call for Action to Address Chronic OnStar Wi-Fi No/Slow Internet On (2015-2025) Wifi Hotspot)

Let's not allow ourselves to be lied to. We know OnStar knows about this issue, we know GM knows about it but they make us bounce between escalation levels and finally throw the ball to a dealer for "device functionality diagnostics test" which costs $199 to the end user !!!. A dealer will never work on or comment about the speed itself. They will just tell you that the system technically works and charge $199.  So, nobody really cares. Class action lawsuit costs a lot of money,  so what we are left with? "Cancelling the service" that`s only power we have. Cancel it today. We can live without it. When everyone started  cancelling & they start losing revenue, they then might do something. That is what I am doing now, and I suggest you do the same.
