Telematic Control Module needs replacement, but backordered with no ETA?! UNACCEPTABLE
I’m sure it’s not safe to drive. I keep getting alerts while driving and it’s pretty distracting trying to see what the notification is

I just got a new 2025 Chevy Tahoe and the whole reason I got it was for the back screen entertainment system. It’s not working and they don’t have an ETA and they won’t do anything about it. What if I have it so long and I don’t get it and I’m out of my warranty. It just seems unfair. They should give me a vehicle that works. He didn’t even take it off the lot and it was broken.

What’s going on with this? Any news? Did something get started already? Onstar rep just played me… said they could help and then turn around to tell me what I already know… I’m out of warranty and they can’t help… if I still had a warranty wouldn’t I use it to fix the problem? Why would I be going crazy trying to get some assistance here if I had it covered? Unbelievable these people! I’m ready when you guys are for this lawsuit… let me know!
