Recall/Class Action on Onstar Module ??

This is what upsets me the most with this faulty module. I can get an wifi connection with my phone WITH LIMITED ACCESS. The module shouldn't be the only way to access the wifi! By the way, 3 months with absolutely nothing. No green onstar light no red onstar light. Nothing. This module is totally dead. I did report this to onstar (the envelope) and they have been in contact through email at least twice a week giving me updates.
