Onstar not working
My onstar hasn’t been working for about a week. I have a 2022 Chevy Silverado . From what I’m seeing it looks to be happening on the 2022 and 2023 vehicles. Do the dealerships pay for it or do we have to pay for this module.

This is not what we like to hear about your recent experiences with your OnStar services and hardware, Christopher. Our team recognizes how important it is to have access to these critical OnStar services in the 2022 Chevrolet Silverado that you love and rely on. To answer your question, we'd recommend connecting with your preferred Chevrolet dealership for further clarification on what any expected repair costs may be. However, we'd appreciate the opportunity to learn more about these difficulties before taking any further steps. Our team wants to ensure the best resolution to these concerns. When you have a chance, we kindly ask that you send us a private message with some more specific details about what is going wrong with your OnStar services. This will better allow us to come up with the best course of action to address these troubles in as timely a manner as possible. To send us a message, just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started. When creating a new message, please be sure to enter Advisor_Jack to get connected directly to me. We'll be on the lookout for your response.

Hi there. It is happening to many vehicles, new and old. What I have been told by the dealership and the GM Customer Care, we have to pay for this module.
Ony my end, I am going on 5 weeks with this backordered module and no real or concrete updates. The part number and listings online show "discontinued" on numerous OEM and AC Delco sites. For those GM owners with newer vehicles under warranty, I cannot stress enough to do your research and look into GM Buyback Program.
