On-Star Telmetric Module Failed
Update: I did have to pay for the module before they ordered it, but they have my Tahoe now and the part came in yesterday and they are fixing it. I pray nothing else goes wrong.

Glad to hear that you are getting the repairs completed now. I have a 2023 Buick Envision and noticed 2 weeks ago that the OnStar button was not lit up, my navigation wasn’t working. I called OnStar and was told I needed to contact my dealership, which I did. I was told the module was on back order with no ETA. I am going on vacation the end of this month and the end of June and I will be driving my vehicle. Was hoping to have my OnStar fixed by then for the navigation as well as for safety. Well we will see.

I received a call earlier this week that the part had come in. I was able to schedule my service for today.
