On Star not working
I’ve had my car for about 6-7months. Chevy suburban 2025 Highcountry. The TVs in the back lost wifi. I have called to get it fixed but no one can help me. I tried using on star in the car (solid green light on) but all it does is beep. When troubleshooting, they send a signal and says it received but still no wifi and can’t make a call using the Onstar button. Phone is connected to the car wifi but no internet access to anything. We leave for vacation and long drives and I can’t even use Navigation or car play without plugging in my phone and no TVs.
