myChevrolet App DOWN

Starting today when opening the myChevrolet app, I am presented with the message “We are not able to deliver the full app experience right now. Please try again soon”. This has been showing all day when opening the app and I am unable to use any features. The only option I can access is Help Center. These issues continue to increase as over the last few weeks I’ve been unable to use the remote feature consistently, the climate control after remote start is gone, and the vehicle status has not updated for 63 days. Why is the app experience so bad now? What changed? Why are the customers not being notified of what is actually happening?

  • We understand how difficult it can be when apps are not working like they should. That is not the experience we want for our myChevrolet app users.
