myCadillac/OnStar + 2025 Optiq EV + GM Energy System

I am an angry and vocal new owner. Instead of a Tesla. My case is #45111046 I Just purchased a brand new 2025 Optiq EV and a brand new GM Energy V2H, Level 2 EV charger plus whole home battery backup system. The vehicle itself is excellent. The critical absolutely necessary integration with myCadillac plus OnStar is absolutely awful and needs to be completely blown up, redesigned and re-launched from the ground up by people who know and understand 21st century technology. The myCadillac ap is required for BOTH the Cadillac Optiq/OnStar integration AND my new  expensive GM Energy Level 2 charger,V2H, whole home battery backup. The app is no functional. It is stuck in a perpetual state of register my GM Energy system.  My GM Energy system is apparently fully provisioned, yet the apparently necessary my Cadillac app wont complete the registration process and I cant register my Optiq. My case is #45111046. My phone runs  Android 15. his App is a serious problem and not what younger people will accept/tolerate!  Support has been mostly, uniformly awful. AT this point since opening my case, I have spken to at least a dozen people. Each time I have to relay my story from the start even though I have case # with all the details. I even uploaded a video that shows EXACTLY what I am seeing. My case is #45111046. The app, plus the integration with the 1990's cutting edge tech is like some bizarro fever dream conjured up by a mixture of incompetence, indifference and complet lack of market awarenes.... GM, this is a moment. A critical moment. You have an opening, with Tesla going into fullon self destruct mode. Spend the billions you saved on the Cruise shutdown and rearchitect and rollout a complete modern updated app, that DOES NOT RELY ON ONSTAR From 1998!!!! My case is #45111046. My case is #45111046.       Jack, The email is correct now as far as I can see (See screenshot below) . I have had numerous people at OnStar (After OnStar changed the email from the incorrect one to the correct one 4 weeks ago) ask me to confirm/re-confirm. Do you/OnStar see something different? If so then I cannot fix that with the tolls available to me. If you don't see that then please stop repeating the same ask over and over again and get to work on fixing the actual problem(s).  My phone is a Google Pixel 6 Pro running Android 15. Please confirm or deny that your app has been tested/vetted to run on Android 15. If not, when will Android 15 be coming. If you have any additional ideas about how I can get my recent all in 80k investment to work as advertised I am all ears...

Our team can assure you that the My Cadillac app is equipped to function on all Android devices with Android OS 10 and above. After taking a further look into your account, we can see that your previous email address is still associated to your OnStar account at this time. Our team recommends logging into your OnStar account to update this information before attempting to register your 2025 OPTIQ and GM Home Energy System again.
