Family Sharing E-Mail Never Arrives

My Grand Daughter has a 2022 Trailblazer we both own and I subscribed to Onstar for her.  I added the vehicle to my existing Onstar account.  Over the last several days I have attempted to send her the Family Sharing Invitation email and it never arrives.   I need to get her on the app.

I mentioned the My Chevrolet App and she installed it and I think set up her username (email address) and password before I had sent the email invite.   Is the existence of an account with her email stopping the invitation from arriving so I can share the app with her? 

Better yet, tell me how to resolve this issue please.  Her email account is an @icloud.com address. 

  • I resolved my problem.  I never did get an email but I did find the invitation in the account she had already set up.
