Don't keep the service if its not working

I was not able to get all of the features to work that came with my plan. On star had trouble fixing the problem and they told me to wait until the problem was fixed and they would give me a credit for the time it was not working. 13 months later I'm told my radio on my 2019 Suburban was being decommissioned and they could not fix the problem. The agent cancelled my plan but never told me, I found it in an email later. As a courtesy On star refunded $11.99 but refused to refund the 13 months the service did not work and they were trying to fix it. The radio being decommissioned is apparently on an internal training memo.

The RADIO? We have to PAY to use the RADIO!? Like FM? That’s crazy!!! This is my last new car. I’m so over the tech! Take me back to the manual dial and tape deck!
