Remote climate control still missing

I have a 2025 Sierra Elevation. When I got it in April, remote temperature control was available in the app. Now it's gone.

 

I have had a ticket 68838346 open with support since 6/17. After gathering information via email, I was told a support engineer would be in touch via phone. I have heard crickets since. I have followed up via email several times with no response. 

 

Can I get some help here please?

      I too have same problem temp control worked for first 2 weeks then nothing wth

    Start the vehicle with the app. Once it starts, tap the start button again to set the temperature in the vehicle.
