MyChevrolet app vehicle diagnostics not working

The vehicle diagnostics stopped working after three months on my new 2025 Silverado. I have OnStar Basic and Connected Access plans good through Oct 2032. The connected access provides “standard connectivity for your vehicle – including Vehicle Diagnostics and Dealer Maintenance Notifications”. I received monthly vehicle diagnostics reports in November, December, and January. No email was received in February.

The last update date reported in the app for the vehicle diagnostics is 1/26/2025, precisely one day before my three month trial of Safety and Security ended. So far, the app vehicle controls are working fine.

I deleted and reinstalled the mobile app. I also logged out and logged back into the MyChevrolet app in the infotainment system just in case. I have started and driven the vehicle multiple times since Jan 26.
