MyBuick App will not update vehicle information! It shows original info from original date of connection but does not update anything. Does show recent connection of 40 minutes ago.

It would be our pleasure to assist with making sure any troubles within the app are addressed and resolved for you as quickly as possible. Have you attempted to uninstall/reinstall the app? If not, we kindly ask that you do this before retesting. Additionally, our team is curious to know whether it's all the vehicle status information that is not updating or specific just specific items. If the latter is the case, we kindly ask that you provide us with the specific metrics which are not updating. Once you've completed these steps, we kindly ask that you respond to us here with the results. Our team will be keeping an eye out for your response.

I had done everything that was suggested but nothing was helping. Then, after a couple of days of doing nothing it suddenly updated and now is working fine!
