My GMC App
My GMC app has not worked for a week since I purchased the vehicle. I have done all of the reset steps and have uninstalled and reinstalled the application at least five times now. I have logged out, logged back in and nothing. I have heard having a signal sent to my vehicle will fix the issue. Can you please send a signal to my vehicle. Thank you.
Update: Called OnStar and got a very helpful response from connected services. They sent a refresh signal and the app is now updating.
