My GMC App missing remote starting feature
Hello, my remote starting feature along with the door locking and unlocking features are missing from my app. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with no luck of it coming back.

Thank you for providing us with the steps you have already taken. If you continue to experience Remote Key Fob concerns, are you seeing any error codes? As an initial troubleshooting step, we do recommend retrying the command to view it within your Command History. To access this within the mobile app:
From the Home Page, select the home menu anchor
Scroll down and select "Settings"
Select "Command History"From there, you can see details on why the command failed and follow steps to fix the issue. If you continue to experience concerns, or see any ongoing errors, kindly let us know.

Hi service Helen, under "settings" menu there is no "command history" in my App.
