2023 Silverado not communicating with MyChevy app
My Silverado hasn't communicated with MyChevrolet app in 18 days. I've restarted app, signed out and in, and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The old information comes back again.

I'm also experiencing the same issue with my 2023 Silverado. I can unlock/lock and remote start from the app but vehicle status hasn't updated. I've tried the power cycle as well as reinstalling the app etc. to no avail.
I've contacted Onstar in the vehicle who told me they were elevating my issue to level 3, but I haven't heard back from anyone.

I have verified that the green OnStar light is on while the vehicle is running. I believe the updating of vehicle status is the only area of the app not working. There have been many occasions of the vehicle not starting from the app but that issue isn't constant.
