    Hi there. To update the billing information for your OnStar account, we recommend following these steps:

    1. Log into your GM Account at https://experience.gm.com/
    2. Select the Profile Icon with your initials in the top right corner and navigate to 'Account Overview'
    3. Select 'Payments & Billing Info' from the left side menu

     

    If you're unable to update your information via your GM Account, you may also reach out to our live Advisors by phone at 1-(888)-4ONSTAR (1-888-466-7827) or by pushing the blue OnStar button in your vehicle for further assistance.
