2020 GMC Terrain
Hello I have 2020 GMC Terrain denali and the Onstar light turns red from time to time. Of course I was told I need to drop off at dealer so they can see what's wrong with it. By any chance does anyone know what it can be? Because I know the dealer is not going to lend me a loaner.

Thank you for providing us with these details, Lisa. Please know, if the LED light near your OnStar hardware is read, it could mean that your vehicle is not currently connected to services. We highly recommend visiting your certified GMC dealership for a module diagnostic moving forward.
