My Chevrolet Oil change status not updating
I just got an oil change a few days ago in my 2019 Equinox. The app is still showing that I need to change my oil. My IPhone IOS is up to date. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've tried the power cycle thing suggested in other posts. Nothing works.

So I sent an email right away and no one's gotten back to me yet. The problem still exists.
I did mention in the email that the oil change was done at my preferred Chevy dealership.
