2024 GMC 2500 status

My GMC app vehicle status hasn't updated in 29 days. The remote commands work etc. The fuel level, tire pressure etc will not update. I have two vehicles on my app and the second one works just fine. Several attempts of un installing the app signing out etc start and stop vehicle, called onstar advisor and no update. I even tried a different phone so it seems to be on GMs side.
